Just a little plug for how much I enjoy "Liquid Planet"... fun people, chill music, and good coffee. What more does one need on another cold, March morning? Okay, I'm officially sick of winter. Last week was a tease which inspired me to pull out all my spring clothes.
The week on the Rez is surprisingly positive. Kids are working hard, and 3 times as many kids showed up this week compared to last year. I'm finding simple pleasures in Montana... Amish markets, mooing cows on the side of the road, sounds of roosters cock-a-doodling. People willing to talk openly whenever. A change from life in the Northeast...
Day off on Saturday... will check out the music scene in Missoula before we hit the open road again.
